General info and cancellations

Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
- 50% will be taken at the time your booking is made. This amount is fully refundable up until 2 weeks before your reservation check-in date. At that time, the remaining balance is processed, and your reservation becomes non-refundable. A $150.00 security deposit will be taken at that time as well.

Self-check-in is required after 16:00. In addition to the reservation, a fully refundable hold of USD 150.00 per room for incidentals will be placed on your credit card on file. All Standard Rate Reservations (not including Non-Refundable Reservations) have been charged a pre-payment of 50% of the total reservation cost. Standard Rate Reservations cancelled more 14 days prior to arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation. Non-cancelled reservations that fail to arrive (No Show) will be charged in full. There are no exceptions. Non-Refundable Reservations are never refundable. A valid credit card is required and must remain valid through the entire stay at Las Olas Guesthouse. Rates are based on double occupancy and there can be no more than two (2) guests per room. Housekeeping services are from 10:00 to 14:00. THIS HOTEL CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN. You must be 21 years of age to stay at Las Olas Guesthouse or use the facilities located at the hotel property. No pets are permitted on the property at any time. Due to fire code regulations, smoking of any kind, candles, or open flames are not permitted in the rooms. The property bills any guest violating these policies USD 150.00 for clean-up costs and may be asked to vacate the premises. Please note that any actions that result in additional cleaning for the property will incur a fee that will be billed to the credit card on file. The property bills guests a USD 45.00 lost key charge for any missing keys. Pool/beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and bathrobes are provided for guests in each room and must be returned to the room(s) at check-out. Full retail replacement value will be charged to the credit card on file for each missing item. The photo ID presented at check-in must match the name of the registered guest.
